Reculver Country Park
Reculver Country Park covers a strip of cliffs and shoreline between Herne bay and Reculver. It is home to the Reculver Towers, and the remains of the 12th Century St Mary's Church.
The park also contains the remains of a Roman fort, the remains of a Saxon church, a bird watching spot and an information centre.
Herne Bay
Herne Bay is a seaside town with a leisure pier and promenade. Watersports include jetskis, windsurfing, sailing, rowing and yachting.
Kent
Kent is known as the 'Garden of England', but also boasts many miles of coastline stretching round from the Thames estuary to East Sussex. The coast line includes the white cliffs of Dover.
